Now accepting applications or nominations for the following Executive & General Board positions for the 2025-2026 Board Year ​(June 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026):

Parliamentarian:
Acts as the expert on our Constitution and Bylaws. Facilitates all voting at meetings and runs the board elections in the spring of each year.

Volunteer Coordinator

Act as Organization Point of Contact (OPOC) for ASCC with ACS and VMIS; Completer VMIS Training, encourage volunteers to register on Army Family Web Portal, and approve volunteer applications and hours. Review and edit, if necessary, all posted volunteer positions.

Coordinate volunteer sign-ups for events; work with the Thrift Shop Liaison to address volunteer needs and recognition. Work with the President to nominate volunteers for annual recognition.

Ways and Means Chair

Maintain Ways and Means (W&M) inventory; ensure W&M is self-sustaining; provide budget to the treasurer and propose inventory to the board. Maintain and submit financial records to the treasurer and adhere to USAG Ansbach Fundraising Policies.

Appoint and oversee W&M Committee as needed. Coordinate with the 1st VP for monthly events and whether opportunity prizes are needed.
