Now accepting nominations for the following Executive Board positions for the 2025-2026 Board Year
(June 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026):
President:
Chief Executive Officer of the Club. Oversees Executive and General Board, ASCC Thrift Shop, and a large philanthropic budget.
Sits on committees as ex-officio member (Scholarships, Grants, Thrift Shop Advisory Council).
1st Vice President:
Coordinates Activities & Events such as sub-clubs (special interest groups) and other functions such as monthly Luncheons (Kinderheim, Egg Hunt etc.). Fulfills the role of the President should he/she not be available.
2nd Vice President:
Coordinates all welfare giving throughout the Ansbach Community such as Angel Tree and Sport sponsorships
Secretary:
Conducts correspondence and keeps tracks of administrative records for the club.
Creates agendas, takes minutes, and keeps documentation of club business.
Treasurer:
Chief Financial Officer. Custodian of all ASCC funds. Keeps the club in financial compliance.
Primary contact for all financial records and documents.
Parliamentarian:
Acts as the expert on our Constitution and By Laws. Facilities all voting at meetings and runs the board elections in the spring of each year.
Members in good standing may self-nominate as well as nominate another individual with their permission.
