Membership Dues
- Annual Membership for ASCC: $25 (plus CheddarUp fees*)
Who is Eligible to Join ASCC?
ASCC membership includes Active, Honorary, and Associate members:
- Active Membership: Open to spouses and family members (18+) of U.S. military ID card holders, U.S.-sponsored foreign liaison personnel, and civilian ID card holders. Active members can vote, hold office, and participate in all ASCC activities. Membership must comply with the Joint Ethics Regulation (JER, DOD5500.7-R) for both active-duty and civilian employees.
- Honorary Membership: Granted by the Executive Board to up to 5% of total members. Honorary members do not vote, hold office, or pay dues.
- Associate Membership: Available to international forces, U.S. citizens who are not military ID card holders, and others approved by the Executive Board. Associate members pay dues and may vote, but cannot hold office. Associate members may comprise up to 49% of the total membership.

- What happened to the family membership option?
- For the 2026–27 club year, ASCC has transitioned to individual memberships, meaning each adult (18+) attending member-only events will need their own membership.
- This change helps us continue offering many events at little to no additional cost to members while complying with Garrison regulations. With numerous free/low-cost member events planned throughout the year, attending just one or two events can easily offset the cost of membership—and that’s before enjoying all the other benefits ASCC has to offer!
